He specializes in franchisee rollout and retail tenant representation nationwide, advising emerging and established brands on site selection, lease negotiation, and strategic expansion across multiple markets.

Born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Caleb brings deep local market knowledge and strong regional relationships to his work while also leading multi-market expansion efforts nationally. In addition to tenant representation, he has been involved in investment property brokerage, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both occupier strategy and capital markets.

Caleb earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and exploring new restaurant concepts around Dallas.
