David founded Holiner in 2021 with a focus on building a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm rooted in institutional discipline and long-term client relationships. He specializes in retail and industrial acquisitions, tenant representation, and helping clients build and execute multi-market growth strategies.

Before founding Holiner, he led industrial transactions at Lincoln Property Company in Dallas, where he focused on tenant representation, acquisitions, and dispositions across North Texas. He also worked at JLL in Shanghai, where he served as business development team lead, spearheading real estate expansion for multinational companies operating across Asia.

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was an NCAA Doubles Finalist, All-American, and team captain of the nationally ranked Texas Men's Tennis Team. He obtained his master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Outside of work, David is passionate about tennis, travel, and building something in Dallas that lasts.
