Hudson Donham is a Vice President at Holiner, focused on F+B and specialty retail, with a specialization in tenant representation, leasing, and strategic site selection across key markets nationwide. He advises both emerging and established brands on market entry and expansion, helping clients secure high-impact locations that drive long-term growth, brand positioning, and unit-level profitability. Hudson leverages deep market intelligence and strong ownership relationships to uncover both on- and off-market opportunities, with a focus on high-street retail, mixed-use developments, and flagship locations that position brands for sustained success.

Raised in Dallas, Hudson has a strong understanding of the local market, key ownership groups, and emerging retail corridors. Prior to joining Holiner, he was a Senior Associate at TIG Real Estate Services, where he was involved in the leasing and marketing of retail and mixed-use properties throughout North Texas. He worked closely with ownership on leasing strategy, market analysis, and asset positioning, building a strong foundation in landlord representation and deal execution.

Hudson studied Business Administration at St. Edward’s University and The University of Alabama. He is an active member of ICSC and serves on the YPF Core Committee of NTCAR. He also serves on the Public Realm & Capital Improvements and Public Safety Committees of Uptown Dallas Inc., sits on the Board of Directors for Clayton Dabney for Kids with Cancer, and is a 2026 Candidate for the State Fair of Texas Commissioner’s Task Force.
