She specializes in healthcare real estate advisory and investment sales across surgery centers, clinical suites, dental practices, ABA centers, med-spas, and wellness centers, providing strategic guidance to physician practice groups and investors across regional and national markets.

Prior to joining Holiner in 2025, Michele was a Founding Principal at Lee & Associates, where she played a key role in growing the brokerage platform and expanding its healthcare practice. She also worked at NAI KLNB in Maryland, where she earned her SIOR designation and established herself as a leader in healthcare real estate. Earlier in her career, she began at Lehman Brothers, where she was involved in securitizing CMBS loans. Michele holds SIOR and CCIM designations.

She holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's in Education from the University of Maryland.

Outside of work, Michele is a dedicated mother of four and an avid practitioner of yoga, tai chi, and meditation.
